SUMMARY
A young woman struggles to support herself when she discovers that her badly groomed dog could be the answer to her problems.
SYNOPSIS
Heather’s girlfriend, Kim, kicks her and her dog, Miss Sparkles, out of the apartment and asserts that Heather won’t be capable of maintaining the dog’s good looks. Not only is Heather forced to support herself for the first time, she also has to worry about keeping Miss Sparkles well groomed and proving Kim wrong. Her interviews are not impressing potential employers, and her financial situation is becoming dire. Even worse is that Miss Sparkles’ fur has become unruly. Without money for a proper grooming, Heather must do it herself. The unusual haircut leads to an invitation for Miss Sparkles to appear on a reality show and a promise that Miss Sparkles will be a wealthy pooch.
